Please verify your info about your booth space


Vendor confirmation list will be emailed to each accepted vendor. Please verify that all your information is correct. Table and chair count as well as the request for power at your booth.

Update July 1, 2010

I am in the thick of checking in vendor entries that I have received for OFFF and communicate some housekeeping items regarding vendor booths.

I will be posting accepted vendor entries I have received in this order

1. Returning vendors that requested the same spot as the previous year
2. Returning vendors that request a different spot by post mark
3. New vendors by postmark

I will be sending out confirmations just as soon as I get through this basket of mail called OFFF entries. I anticipate having all confirmations out no later than August 1, 2010

I will be eliminating the booths on the outside/ front of the livestock barn due to a number of vendor complaints from last year. Unless a vendor REALLY wants to be there

As more items come up I will be posting them to the blog.

Please pass this blog to other vendors if they have not heard about it.

Frequently Asked Vendor Questions: 2010


What is the definition of a Returning Vendor?
o The vendor had a booth at OFFF the previous year

When does registration open for vendors?
o April 2, 2010 - I couldn't put it on April Fools day! :)
o Forms will be ready for download on the 2nd

Where do I get the vendor registration form?
o http://www.superior-fibers.com/ and www.flockandfiberfestival.com

When does registration close
o For returning vendors to obtain the same spot as last year entries need to be postmarked no later than July 10, 2010.
o Spaces will be filled as long as there is space available

What do I get for by booth fee:
o The space your booth is assigned
o Your Company’s name on our website as a participating vendor
o Your Company’s name on the vendor listing available at the Registration desk
o Use of power in your vendor space if space has access to power.

How are vendor spaces awarded
o Vendor space are awarded by returning vendor first, then by postmark

OFFF’s Mission Statement
Our Mission is to exhibit and demonstrate the full spectrum of natural fibers (plant and animal), from beginning to end. That is, from the animal or raw fiber to the finished product.

What do I get when I pay for Website advertising:
o Link to your company’s website
o A short description (provided by you) of what your company has to offer

Is a map available of the grounds with vendor spaces identified?
o I will post the map once ALL vendor spaces are assigned. Please note the map is not to scale

Can we use pay pal to pay for our registration
o We are still working out the details and hope to have this available for 2010

Why is it important to check in at the registration desk?
o When customers ask if you are at the festival we can let them know you are here
o Obtaining your refund should you be due one
o Booth space changes/issues
o Power in booth spaces: we will do the best we can to match up vendors requesting spaces with power.
o Pick up your vendor goodie bag

2010 Vendor Registration is not yet open

We are reviewing the option for online registration for 2010 vendors. We anticipate that we will be accepting vendor registrations after March 2010.
